Our online registration system consists of two steps:

  1. Complete the Online Registration Form
  2. Send Payment (Online or Offline)

You will receive a confirmation email from the FIVS Secretariat after your registration information AND payment have been received. Please allow 1-2 business days after sending your payment for receipt of the confirmation email.

Please fill out the Online Registration Form for each delegate that would like to attend the conference. Then come back to this page to continue with payment of your conference fees by following one of the below payment options.

ONLINE PAYMENT: Credit Card or PayPal
 

This option allows you to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) OR by using the PayPal system. If you do not have a Paypal account, please note that the opening of an account if free and easy on www.paypal.com.

  • Select the appropriate fees below and then click "Add to Cart".
  • If you need to select more than one option, just click "Continue Shopping" after you have made your first selection and you will be returned to this page in order to make a second selection.
  • You can click "View Cart" at any time to see which items you have already selected.
  • When you are ready, continue processing your payment via credit card or your PayPal account on the PayPal website.
  • You will be returned to the FIVS website once your payment has finished processing.

NOTE: PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card for the first 3 payments. After these 3 payments, Paypal will ask you create an account aypal account (free) for security reasons. This means that you will either have to use a different credit card after 3 payments or create your own Paypal account to use the same card.

 
OFFLINE PAYMENT: Bank Check, Bank Transfer or Cash
 

These standard payment options are also available and remain the same as for previous conferences.
