To get registered to the conference: 1 - Complete the following Online Registration Form for each delegate who wish to attend the conference and submit before February 15, 2012. 2 - Send Payment (Online or Offline). Once your payment will be completed and received, you will receive the confirmation by e-mail. Please allow 1-2 business days. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problem while registering!
Paypal is an online platform which allows you to pay your registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express...) in a fast, easy and safe way. To make your payment with Paypal: - Click "Add to Cart" to validate. - If you need to register a second person (i.e. accompanying person), click "Continue Shopping" after you have made your first selection and make your second selection. - Pay with your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express...). After the 3 first payments, you will have to create a Paypal account: Create a free account on Paypal. - Once your payment has finished processing, you will be returned to the FIVS website.
The following standard payment options are also available and remain the same as for previous conferences. - Bank checks: Please send you bank checks to: FIVS - Bank transfers: Please make bank transfers to: Credit du Nord AG Institutionnels Bank 30076 – Desk 02352 - Cash: Please note that cash will only be collected at the commencement of the conference.
